MoonX offers a copy trading feature allowing users to automatically replicate the positions taken by other traders on the Platform.
Automatic Execution and Replication
When you copy a trader, all positions opened and closed by that trader are automatically replicated on your account according to your copy settings (fixed lot size, multiplier, or any other parameter configured in your account). This replication operates independently of any manual action taken by you or the copied trader: the manual closure of a position by the copied trader will automatically trigger the closure of the corresponding position on your account, unless you have previously disabled synchronization for that specific position.
Interactions with Your Manual Positions
You acknowledge and agree that orders placed by a trader you are copying may interact with your open positions, including those you have opened manually. In particular, if the copied trader opens, modifies, or closes a position on an asset on which you already hold a manual position, this may result in a modification of your overall account risk, margin calls, or the partial or total liquidation of your existing positions. MoonX Ltd shall not be held liable for any losses arising from such interactions.
Copy Trading-Specific Risks
You acknowledge that copy trading does not guarantee results equivalent to those of the copied trader, due in particular to differences in configured copy settings, execution delays, market conditions at the time of replication, and interactions with your other open positions. Past performance of a copied trader is not indicative of future results.
MoonX Ltd reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the copy trading feature at any time, without prior notice and without incurring any liability.
NO REFUNDS: All deposits are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
You agree NOT to:
Violations result in immediate account suspension and fund forfeiture.
All content on MoonX (software, trademarks, logos, text, graphics) is exclusive property of MoonX Ltd, protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal trading use only.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE INVESTMENT, FINANCIAL, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE.

Maximum Liability: Lesser of $ 1,000 USD or fees paid in 12 months.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MoonX from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from: (1) Your use of Platform, (2) Violation of Terms, (3) Violation of laws, (4) Your trading activities.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if you violate Terms, if fraud/illegal activity suspected, if required by law, or for security reasons.
Upon termination, trading positions closed and funds (minus fees/liabilities) returned.
These Terms governed by laws of Saint Lucia.
EXCLUSIVE jurisdiction of courts of Saint Lucia.
BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SUE IN YOUR LOCAL JURISDICTION.
For disputes exceeding $10,000, binding arbitration in Saint Lucia. You waive right to class action lawsuits.
