MoonX operates under the Saint Lucia legal framework through our entity MoonX Ltd (IBC Registration: 2025-00794). How can I deposit funds on MoonX?

I deposited funds but they're not visible

What happens if I enter the wrong withdrawal address?

⚠️ WARNING: Blockchain transactions are irreversible. If you send funds to the wrong address: MoonX will not be able to recover your funds. Always verify the address multiple times before confirming. Use the "Copy-Paste" function rather than typing manually. Test first with a small amount on a new address.

Why is my withdrawal marked as "Expired"?
  • You did not confirm the email within 30 minutes
  • The transaction was automatically canceled by the security system
  • Your account requires additional verification

Solution: Simply create a new withdrawal request. Expired funds are automatically credited back to your account.

I want to delete a "Pending" transaction

It is not possible to cancel a pending transaction once it has been broadcast.

💡 Good News: A pending transaction does not affect your future deposits in any way. You can continue to make new transactions normally without any restrictions.

How do I open a trade on MoonX?
  • Select the trading pair (e.g., BTC/USDT)
  • Choose your order type: Market (immediate execution) or Limit (at a specific price)
  • Set your leverage (1x to 1000x)
  • Enter the amount to invest
  • Click Buy (Long) or Sell (Short)
Can I trade crypto with leverage on MoonX?

⚠️ Warning: Leverage amplifies your gains BUT also your losses. High leverage carries a risk of rapid liquidation. We recommend beginners start with low leverage (2x-5x).

Yes! MoonX offers leverage ranging from 1x to 1000x. Leverage allows you to increase your market exposure with a smaller initial capital.

What selling options can I set on MoonX?
  • Stop Loss: Automatically limits your losses by closing the position at a defined price
  • Take Profit: Automatically locks in your gains at a target price
  • Market Order: Immediate closure at current market price
Is there a time limit for trading on MoonX?
  • Your account has sufficient margin
  • You are not liquidated (for leveraged positions)
  • The market is open (crypto markets are open 24/7)
Can I trade while a withdrawal is in progress?
  • Ensure you have sufficient margin to maintain your open positions
  • If your available balance becomes insufficient, you risk liquidation
My trades are not executing
  • Insufficient balance: Verify you have enough available funds
  • Limit orders: The market price may not have reached your limit price yet
  • Market liquidity: For less popular cryptos, execution may be slower
  • Technical issue: Refresh the page or contact support
My trade closed without my intervention
  • Liquidation: Your margin fell below the required level (leverage too high)
  • Stop Loss triggered: The price hit your stop loss level
  • Take Profit triggered: Your profit target was reached
  • Platform maintenance: Rare, but can happen in case of technical emergency

Check your transaction history to see the exact reason for the closure.

Why can't I see certain cryptos anymore?
  • Blockchain technical maintenance
  • Low trading volume (insufficient liquidity)
  • Security issues detected with the project
  • Regulatory requirements in certain jurisdictions

MoonX displays notifications when changes are planned for crypto availability.

Fees

What are the leveraged trading fees?
  • 1x – 9x: 0.050%
  • 10x – 24x: 0.060%
  • 25x – 1000x: 0.070%

Important: Fees are calculated on the total position size (capital × leverage), not just on your initial margin. Our fees remain very competitive, even with maximum leverage.

What are the spot trading fees?

MoonX applies a fixed fee of 1% per transaction on Spot trades and meme coin trading.

How long does KYC verification take?

On average 20 minutes, but can take up to 48 business hours, depending on the volume of requests and document compliance.

Why was my KYC verification rejected?
  • Expired document or illegible
  • Poor quality photo (blurry, cropped, glare)
  • Mismatched information between documents
  • Unaccepted document (driver's license depending on country, for example)
  • Non-compliant selfie (use a neutral background and good lighting)

Solution: Check the rejection email for specific details and resubmit compliant documents.

What is the difference between "Locked" and "Available Balance"?
  • Available Balance: Amount you can use immediately to trade or withdraw
  • Locked Balance: Funds engaged in open positions, pending orders, or withdrawals being processed

Example: If you have €1000 total, €400 in open positions → Available: €600 | Locked: €400
